One location, many impressions
Shekvetili Dendrological Park lies in the seaside resort of Shekvetili in Guria, close to Ureki. Trees and plants brought from different parts of Georgia and from around the world grow here, including giant century-old trees that were specially transplanted to the park. Neat paths, ponds and bridges make it a calm place for a walk. Pink flamingos and lemurs live in the park, which makes it especially fun for children. Entry to the park is free. It is closed on Mondays and Thursdays.
