About Excursion
Short overview and main highlights
A private tour of mountainous Adjara, just for your group. After a panorama of Batumi we follow the Chorokhi valley through a eucalyptus grove and see the Waterfall of Love, the confluence of two rivers and the 19th-century iron "Eiffel Bridge" over the Adjaristskali.
In Mirveti you can go horse riding if you like, then we visit Queen Tamar's arched bridge and the 22-metre Mirveti Waterfall. Kirnati offers a view towards Turkey, and from Gvara Fortress, perched on a cliff, the Machakhela gorge opens up below.
In Machakhela we see the Machakhela rifle monument, a suspension bridge, the "Maiden's Braid" waterfall and the arched Tskhemlara Bridge, where you can also ride a zipline. The day ends with the three-tiered Kiramala Waterfall, a panorama of the gorge and, if you wish, a Georgian feast.
