About Excursion
Short overview and main highlights
A private tour for those who want more from Mountainous Adjara than views. The day starts at the confluence of the Chorokhi and Adjaristskali rivers and the Waterfall of Love, then we see the 30-metre Makhuntseti Waterfall and Queen Tamar's 12th-century arched bridge.
In Makhuntseti you pick your adventure: the 512-metre zipline from the waterfall to the Tamar bridge, rafting on the Adjaristskali or quad bikes on mountain roads. After lunch we visit Mirveti — the waterfall hidden in the "Georgian jungle" and the old arched bridge, where you can also go horse riding.
We finish at the Gvara Fortress viewpoint with a tasting of wine, jam, honey and tea. All activities are optional and paid on the spot, so you shape the day at your own pace.
