The Kobuleti Trout Farm is a fish farm and restaurant in one. Trout are raised here in flow-through pools fed by river water, and guests can walk around the farm and see how the fish are reared. The restaurant cooks freshly caught trout, fried, baked in a clay dish or with walnuts, served with Georgian salads and hot mchadi cornbread. Lunch outdoors by the pools and the green yard is a good way to unwind after a long day. The farm is in Kobuleti, about half an hour's drive from Batumi.
