Discover one of the most colorful and diverse routes of Adjara, where you will encounter beautiful sea views, an ancient fortress, tropical plants, a waterfall, a mountain church and local cuisine in one day.
The tour starts from the Holy Trinity Church of Mtatsminda, which is located on a high mountain above Batumi and offers one of the best panoramic views of the city and the Black Sea coast.
Then we will go to Petra Castle - a historical fortress of the 6th century, built on a cliff by the sea. Here, ancient history and the beautiful panorama of the Black Sea come together in one space.
The journey will continue in the abandoned Limonarium - a greenhouse of the old Soviet period, which today has a special, slightly mysterious and nostalgic atmosphere.
Then one of the most photogenic parts of the tour awaits you — the banana grove and the waterfall. Green tropical plants, the sound of water and the proximity of the sea give this place a special character.
At the end of the route, you can relax on a wooden beach, enjoy the sea views and, depending on the season, enjoy the opportunity to swim.
At the end of the tour, a trout farm awaits you, where you will learn about local farming and trout grown in natural ponds. If desired, it is possible to taste fresh trout and dine with local dishes in nature.
